On 3 February 2026, the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), represented by Ms. Prommakorn Promkutkeo, Executive Vice President, together with executives from the Treasury Department, Personal Credit Department, and the Office of Foreign Affairs, held discussions with delegates from the French Development Agency (AFD), led by Mr. Jean-Pierre Marcelli, Southeast Asia Regional Director and Thailand Country Director.
The meeting focused on exploring cooperation and financial support in biodiversity and climate finance, as well as reviewing progress on AFD’s biodiversity initiative, Finance for Biodiversity (Fin4Bio).
