At the 4th meeting of the year, BAAC Board of Directors on 28th March 1985 passed a resolution to change the logo to appear more distinct, appealing and easy to recognize; the new logo presents and engraves the meanings of BAAC’s new Corporate Image as follows :

- A rounded corner square symbolizes continuity, bond and an eternal relationship among government, BAAC and farmer clientele

- White letter of acronym - BAAC refers to Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives - a state enterprise and special financial institution with transparency and good governance for social policy

- Golden rice panicles represents agriculture and agriculture related occupations, fertility of farmland, and farmers who are BAAC‘s target customers and clientele.

- Navy blue background is the color of Ministry of Finance to imply that BAAC is a state enterprise under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Finance
