September 25, 2020, at the library hall, BAAC headquarters: Mr. Apirom Sukprasert, President of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC), had given an interview with the British Embassy Bangkok’ representatives on the point of views, inspiration and policy of BAAC regarding the development of green bond in Thailand. In addition, the president had shared an experience in the first BAAC’s Green Bond issuance including green bond process, market response, future BAAC’s Green Bond issuance plan, and what BAAC has learned from the first green bond issuance as well as benefits in improving the agriculturalist’s quality of life from green bond issuance under the ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme (ALCEP).
